School Food Ambassadors

Our Food Ambassadors are elected by their class and carry out a range of activities throughout the year:

• They monitor the lunch hall and select the ‘Table of the Week’ every week to recognise the table of children who show the best table manners that week
• Carry out food surveys (e.g. our favourite vegetables) to share with the Head Cook in our kitchen
• Meet regularly with a member of school staff to suggest ways to make school lunchtimes even better based on suggestions from their class
• Run competitions

The Great Easter Bunny Challenge

Thank you to ‘Vision for Education’ who have provided us with a colony of chocolate Easter bunnies. Our Food Ambassadors awarded these as prizes to children in the Great Bunny Lunchtime Challenge.  The competition posters were designed and drawn by the Food Ambassadors.
